New Development Boom in East Harlem meets A96
Curbed has done a great job of keeping us informed about the new developments cropping up all over East Harlem. The latest feature is a building called La Casa Brava, more of the luxury condo variety, courtesy of Vertical City Realty. The saturation of these types of developments in a softening market makes me a little nervous. We’ll just have to wait this one out and see how it goes.
