Real Estate Update: The Langston
Received a postcard in the mail today from the Langston. Apparently the one bedrooms aren’t selling the way they originally anticipated so Halstead has lowered the prices on the remaining units.
Prices range from $275,000 for eastern views and 663 sq. ft. to over $310,000 for park views. There is even a second floor apartment going for $365,00 for 945 sq. ft, 2 full bathrooms with the option to convert to a 2 bedroom. Apartments are limited to those whose incomes are below $103,620.
