110th Street Bottlenecking
The convergence of buses, cars, gypsy cabs and pedestrians at the intersection of 110th and Central Park West/Frederick Douglass Boulevard is a complicated mix to say the least. Add to the mix construction of a circle to control the traffic patterns and you’ve got a recipe for disaster. NY1 covered the ongoing problems with road construction around the area being called the Frederick Douglass Circle. The three year project is expected to be completed by December of this year.
