I found this “skinny” gem over on Luxist where not only did they turn up their nose to the lovely mahogany wood throughout in the home but they snubbed Harlem as well. Nevertheless, I am sure that plenty of skinny people with an extra $3.2 (saved from not eating!) would love this 1910, 4 story home that boasts two laundry rooms, a movie room, terrace and garden.
Open house will take place on Sunday, by appointment only. You may want to skip going to brunch that morning.

Likely older than 1910, city records where destroyed in a fire and a lot of buildings where reclassified as 1910.
