HPD now has their application ready for Striver’s West – a luxury Condominium near Harlem’s Historic Strivers Row. There are only 4 units available for middle income families or individuals making around $60K a year and the rest are market rate.

Informational seminars will be held at Harlem Hospital Center, 506 Lenox Avenue (at 135th Street) in the Martin L. King Building 2nd Floor, Herbert G. Cave Auditorium on Wednesday May 9, 2007 from 6:00PM to 7:30PM. Application deadline is June 15th.
