WE HEAR…“Esquire” magazine plans to bring its next version of the “Ultimate Bachelor Pad” to Harlem. Sources say that a full-floor penthouse apartment at the nearly completed 111 Central Park North will be tricked out by numerous decorators. The last “Esquire” apartment to be showcased in Manhattan was in the 90th floor penthouse of Trump World Tower. -NY Post

There have been quite a few rumors swirling around this development that overlooks the north end of central park. If you remember, one was that they had a $12 million offer on the table for one of the upper floors. Let’s see if this one pans out.

And in case you were wondering, yes, that is Halle Berry on the cover of the current issue. Perhaps she comes as one of the amenities of the tricked out pad?

    I’ve taken a peek at the place…if you go in during the weedays you can take a ride up the elevator and check out the view. Its incredible. The biggest property owner in Harlem is the guy who purchased the penthouse. He’s relocating from the UES.
