Hamilton Heights Community Calendar

On May 8, 2007 by D. Bell

All residents and property owners are invited and encouraged to attend a public presentation of Borough President’s proposal to rezone West Harlem-Hamilton Heights as a Special District. The proposed zoning changes will preserve the character of the West Harlem neighorhood and ensure its stability as Columbia University moves forward with its expansion plans in Manhattanville. While Hamilton Heights is not in the area targeted by Columbia University, any development in Manhattanville will undoubtedly impact surrounding areas and increase development pressures with regard to the social and physical environment.
When: Wednesday, May 9th, 2007

Where: Our Lady of Lourdes School, 468 W. 143rd Street, bet. Convent & Amsterdam Avenues
Time: 6:30 pm
