The Harlem hot dog mystery is solved! See above picture. Source: Flickr – Infinite Jeff. By the way, Frank’s has been there for a while. Update: we keep going back and as to whether is Frank’s Papaya or Papaya King. Now it seems we are back to it being Papaya King.
As reported by Greasy Guide, A Taste of Seafood is finally moving from their old location on the corner of 125th and Madison, to a new store across the street on 125th Street.
Finally, say it ain’t so! FedEx/Kinko’s finally decides to venture into Harlem? Watch out Kev’s and Staple’s!

How is the mystery solved. The writer wrote that he saw the sign on a storefront pass 5th Ave going west. This picture show a store at Lexington Ave on the East side.
