Brownstone Lane

Moving away from the hot topic of the moment, we venture west to the orderly tranquility of Brownstone Lane. A reader sent the following note last week:

brownstonetoo.jpgBrownstone Lane on 119 & FDB has finally sent out closing letters, they will begin sometime in July. I believe the building is over 80% sold which of course included the 16 lottery units (myself included). This time next month I will officially be a Harlem resident :-)

 

According to the website there are still quite a few units still available at Brownstone Lane II. I spoke with the sales agency at Brownstone Lane II a few months back and he was very curt and a bit rude. Anyone else have an experience with BS2?
