Wow! I haven’t done a Friday Freestyle since May? Shame on me! I need to get on the ball….

You might have figured out by now that I am a music love to the highest power! So it’sscott0903_big.jpg no surprise that I am a huge Jill Scott fan — from day one — from the moment I heard this woman sing I was instantly hooked on her vocals and style — Jazzy, soulful and precise.

I am delighted to share the fact that she has just leaked snippets of a few tracks from her forthcoming The Real Thing CD slated to drop on July 25th. Staying true to her style she’s just being Jilly from Philly. Check them out for yourself.
