Congratulations, runners!

As one of the 15,000 runners who were out there today, I wanted to throw out huge, (virtual) hug-filled congratulations to all of you who ran the New York City Half Marathon today! I know there were at least a few of us out there representing Harlem, including Mr. Lancelot Smith from Harlem 26.2! For all of you who were out there, you did good! Time to take an ice bath now…
