Craigsbits: Women’s Art Group

There is a Women’s Art Group starting up in Spanish Harlem, spearheaded by the women behind the Carlitos Cafe production of The Vagina Monologues.
“The mission of the Women’s Group is to provide an outlet where women (and men, if you are so inclined) can express, discuss, and explore women’s issues through art. There will be learning workshops such as performance, music, photography, poetry, and theatre, etc.
**Joining the group is FREE, and open to ALL AGES**
Meetings are held every FIRST and THIRD Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 pm at the Art for Change office in 1699 Lexington Ave, Basement North (below Carlitos Cafe), unless otherwise noted. For more info or any questions, please email womens.art.group@gmail.com“
