beautiful! really nice renovation. saw them this weekend, but don’t understand why developer thinks 1BR duplex with deck is worth $120k more than the 1BR duplex without a deck!
saw these over the weekend–beautiful! very light, doesn’t feel cramped. even the one bedroom duplexes are nice, but the 1BR with the deck is $120k more than the 1BR without. is a deck really worth one hundred thousand dollars???
