Happening Saturday afternoon in East Harlem: The East Harlem Arts Festival!
Now in its fourth year, the festival will bring together art, music, dancing, and even a fashion show. Additionally, the Nuyorican Universal Theatre Society (NUTS) will perform excerpts from the show, “Our Times.”
