NYSC Charter Member Fee

From tipster: The $54/month “charter member” membership fee for the New York Sports Club on 145th and Frederick Douglass will only be available until this Friday.

Update: The club fee of $54/month will be good for a year. The fee to join NYSC as a member is $60. The NYSC location on 145th is open until 9 p.m. tonight if you want to stop by and sign up.

    Does anyone have an actual opening date for this location? They told me October, but… October what? 1st? 31st?

    Anyone know if the $54 is for this club only or does it get you into all the NYSC clubs?

    You pay a $59.00 processing fee, then 54 a month for a year. The gym is really nice, but there’s no babysitting service at this location, which is dumb because it’s surrounded by buildings with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments (families).

    Anyone know if the $54/month is just for the first month of membership or if it is for a longer period? A year?
