Announces Submission of New Play Scripts for its 2007-2008 Reading/Critique Series of New Plays.
Monday, 7:30pm, September 10, 2007 – The 35th Annual Open House and Playwrights Outreach Program of the Frank Silvera Writers’ Workshop, Inc., in its new Fiscal Year 2007-08 Season (From FY 1973 to FY 2008)
Location: The Borough of Manhattan Community College/CUNY Campus, in the Richard C. Harris Terrace, at 199 Chambers Street (at Greenwich Street), hosted by Prof. Carole Beaubien Gregory, of the Department of English, with Garland Lee Thompson, Founder/Executive Director, FSWW – With a panel discussion of key issues.
Travel directions: Take the A, 2, or 3 Train to Chambers Street and walk west to the campus on Chambers Street to Greenwich Street. Enter the BMCC/CUNY Campus Lobby with a photo ID and proceed pass the Barnes & Noble Book Store to the Richard C. Harris Terrace.
Parking space: Arrive about a half an hour early if you want to park. Parking spaces can be hard to find. There is “paid parking” on Greenwich – go uptown and turn left. The paid parking signs can be seen. There is another good parking place on the corner of Warren Street and West Broadway.
No food or drink can be brought into BMCC from outside vendors.

I like your website and will be attending Monday’s siminar for playwrites. I have one Play Harlem 60 that I worked on at the FSWW in 2006. I have another which will be a giant poem of rhryme with Raptrackmetered Lyrical Poetry selects added for the play. It’s basically done and the bugs will be worked out at the Workshop.
