All sisters (and brothers) interested in obtaining more information about the upcoming Million Woman March 10 year anniversary celebration and Mass Reunion Rally that will take place in Philly, PA on October 27, 2007 and the International Million Woman Movement’s present and future projects and other related matters, (becoming a new 2007-08 MWM Coordinator and/or member) are invited to attend.

    Please keep Long Island informed of the upcoming Million Woman March activities.
    I can be reached at Million Woman Community Development 215 Front Street, Hempstead, NY 11550. We were unaware of the New York City Information Session and would have been happy to hold a session on Long Island.

    We are co hosting a Forum on Domestic Violence on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at
    the Westbury Library. This is a cosponsored event with NYS Women in NAACP and the Economic Opportunity Commission of Nassau. I may have posted previously on your site. Please confirm.
