To all who say the middle income housing the city along with church congregation partners developed is ruining Harlem – this is proof that Harlem has turned around because if these initiatives. 145th street? Look at it today. What a difference 2 decades make!
Keep the improvements coming. Little by little we can make Harlem the Jewel of New York City it deserves to be.
