When Chevy Chase lived in East Harlem as a kid, they got robbed on Christmas while they were at church. I will call my mother right now and take back all the pouting I did about not getting a Pound Puppy toy when they first came out.

When asked about his residence, Reverend Michael Faulkner says, ” When something bad happens, the neighborhood is called Harlem. When something good happens it is the Upper West Side.”

  • Denny Moe’s Superstar Barbershop would have been a great story to promote! Not only is the fit a good idea and why not? grooming is an aspect of health)it’s a celebration of how creative people can be, how we an reach right into where we live and make a difference… not to mention good news!
Congratulations to the one who brought this story to media attention.

  • The Reverend Michael Faulkner’s comment reminds me of the actor Richard Harris. When he starred successfully in movies, he said, he was always referred to as an Englishman; whenever he got into trouble, he was always called an Irishman.
