RE: Exodus? It’s over – Black Harlem? put a fork in it. It’s just a matter of having the rent stab & rent cont die off. Harlem 2020? 10% Black at most. Not a good or bad thing, just a thing. The scandanavians had their time, the jews had their time, and the Blacks had their time, however don’t kid yourself, it’s over.
Man, they’re already going after the Bronx! Jeez! There really is nowhere left to run.
Black Harlem doesn’t have to put a fork in it. Harlem will always be black just with more of diverse. I do feel that after the prices go up even more, there will be no need for others to come from lower Manhattan.
