Pinky Comes to Harlem….Sorta
We received the following tip in our inbox today. The owners of Pinky Nails, littered throughout the UES and UWS, has decided to expand into Harlem under a new name. Z Nails will be opening in the retail space at Casa Loma on 116th Street. To read more see below:
Just wanted to update you in regard to a recent deal that has been
made concerning Casa Loma located on 229 West 116th Street between
Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard in
Harlem.Ellen Shandalow, of Warburg Marketing Group, recently closed with a
single buyer on the purchase of both retail spaces located in the
completely renovated16-condominium complex, Casa Loma, developed by
Manor Properties Group.The new owner, who owns and operates a popular PINKY nail salon on
the Upper West Side, will be unveiling new nail salon, called “Z
Nails” in the larger space. At this time, she intends to rent the
additional space out.
