How does a middle income residential building not benefit our neighborhood. I have lived in the hood all my life people. These are vacant lots. Let HPD do this an dkeep the tax income from middle income workers in the city and not to the suburbs. we WILL benefit. The community boards in Harlem are ridiculous and if it was up to them would rather keep Harlem all poor instead of diverse.
I welcome the diversity. It means more volunteers in my school programs and less crime on the streets.
Please write CB 10 and voice your opposition to their rejection of these very important developments in our neighborhood.
Thanks
yea it’s 119st. thanks for catching that.
It is definitely 119th Street.
199th street must be an error?! Is it supposed to be 109th or 119th?
