Support Women Artists Now Day (SWAN Day):
Saturday, March 29, 2008: 4 – 6 pm.
This SATURDAY March 29, 2008, Canvas Paper and Stone Gallery will observe Support Women Artists Now Day (SWAN Day) with a Studio Talk by the artists of Collective Voices.
This exhibition, co-sponsored by Reconstruct Art and Canvas Paper and Stone Gallery is part of “Art Jam! Sweetpotato Style Sisters Cookin’ Together, An Anthology of 18 African American Women,”  a book being put together by two New York City-based artists, BJ Winston, a visual artist and poet, and PJ Jones, a photographer and writer.
