The Delany Lofts are “Having Their Say”
Last year I posted a listing of the various lofts rising up around Harlem. Now you can add Delany Lofts to the list — named for Bessie and Sadie Delany (The Delany Sisters).
Delany Lofts will be two, newly constructed seven-story buildings that will offer 25 one- bedroom/bath lofts and 11 one-bedroom, 2 bath loft duplexes with terraces. The development will also feature a landscaped community garden which is a prime commodity in a city where space is a luxury.
The lofts will include individual stacked washer/dryer; open kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel and Energy Star rated appliances, along with full overlay Shaker style wood cabinetry as well as hardwood floors. Bathrooms consist of ivory subway tiles and taupe ceramic flooring.
One-bedrooms and duplexes range from $420,000 to $1,000,000.
While the exterior doesn’t really catch your eye, the interiors offer the sexy, sleek upscale look that new Harlemites are craving. I wonder if the now deceased centenarians would approve?
Take a sneak peek at what they have to offer below:
