Faith Hope Consolo: Chairwoman for retail real estate at Prudential Douglas Elliman
I’m working on a new portfolio now that was just handed to me: 15 buildings and 75 stores, all over Harlem. These are existing buildings in renovation, and we’re putting in better shops and services.

Barack Obama’s campaign has launched a Nationwide Voter Registration Initiative and on May 10 supporters will be registering voters in all 50 states! The New York City Kick-off event is being held on May 10 in Harlem at the Mother A.M.E Zion Church located at 140 West 137th Street beginning at noon.

Councilwoman Inez Dickens has received most of the flack over the approved 125th Street Redevelopment Plan. Want to ask her why she allowed the plan to go through? Get the answers straight from the horse’s mouth — but it’s gonna cost you. Time is money, people!
