		<description>For the record, you can&#039;t have it both ways.   Cheer this announcement while criticizing rezoning &amp; gentrification ( long time retailers being uprooted and priced out, along with residents).

I think it&#039;s a great thing. And the uptick trickle will ultimately drive a few more of these ghetto in appearance stores out  of Harlem.

I would love to see Harlem in the near future be comprised of yellow cabs, proper and decent stores and eateries, and truly like the UWS.  

Every action that contributes to the transitioning of Harlem from Black to Green is a great.</description>
