What $1500 Gets You in Harlem

Who says that there is a real estate crash? You’d never know it by the way rents are continuing to rise in Harlem. I came across this unit located in a walk up on 110th and 3rd Avenue that is advertising for $1500. I remember just a few years back, the same or a comparable unit would go from between $800-950 a month. Still, compared to other parts of this city, this place is bargain considering the security (notice the multiple gated windows) and the sheer size of the unit. Is that a low flow toilet in the bathroom? A little Apartment Therapy will cozy the place right up. Wait, did the agent say it is in a “lively” area? At least the apartment is quiet. See listing after the jump.

A large aparpartment in a well kept walk up building in a lively area one block from the trains. This apartment has high ceilings and large rooms. good closet space and hardwood floors. It is a quiet apartment. 646-508-2754 Benjamin James Realty
