Harlem Reacts to Obama’s Declaration

Lester Cousey, 74, a retired postal supervisor, gazed up at a television inside Amy Ruth’s, a soul food restaurant on 116th Street in Harlem, as Senator Barack Obama stepped onto a stage Tuesday night to deliver a speech declaring himself the Democratic presidential nominee.
