Help the Friends of “Baldwin’s Harlem” get enough signatures to co-name our streets.

A petition for Harlem citizens will be presented to the community board, to approve the co-naming of 128th St. bet. 5th Ave. and Madison Ave. James Baldwin Place and the co-naming of 135th St. and Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Blvd. to James Weldon Johnson Plaza.

A printed name, written signature and address of those wishing to support this effort is required.
