Duke In Harlem

On June 23, 2008 by D. Bell

Like many colleges, Duke University offers a summer immersion program for students who want to intern in the city over the summer. As part of the program, the participants must blog about their experiences in a group blog called “New York State of Mind”. In the “about” section they describe themselves as:

This is a super cool group of thirty Duke students doing many diverse and different (but all artsy and creative) things. “New York State of Mind” should be a good read.

  • It was fun to read their perceptions but, yow, it is hard to believe kids that write that poorly were admitted to Duke.
