Coffee Cupping

Unlike teabagging, coffee cupping is something that you can actually discuss  in mixed company. What is coffee cupping? One of the coffee tasting techniques used by cuppers to evaluate coffee aroma and the flavor profile of a coffee. You can find out how to cup tomorrow at the Indian Road Cafe where they will be offering a demonstration at 10:00 AM. Future demonstrations will be offered every Friday in July at 10AM.

As an aside, Indian Road Cafe will be closing at 1pm on Sunday, July 6th to continue with necessary alterations to the café and will reopen on Wednesday, July 9th.
