Curb’s Harlem Darlings

Curbed has posted two consecutive Harlem developments as their development du jour this week. Both of these properties has been on our radar and I could kick myself for not letting you guys know about Dafina sooner. It came to my attention at a time when we were overwhelmed with information and it kept getting put on the back burner. I really could swear we posted about it though. Oh well. Dafina is among a declining type of housing in Harlem, the affordable cooperative. The 46 unit coop is going up at 127th and Adam Clayton Powell, Blvd.
The second development du jour is one that we did feature last month. It is a row of townhouses near the East River Plaza called 120th Street Houses. At first glance pretty par for the course.
