Climb the historic High Bridge Water Tower with the Urban Park Rangers and learn how the High Bridge, its Water Tower, and the Old Croton Aqueduct System allowed NYC to become a thriving metropolis and world capitol.
Meet at the Water Tower in Highbridge Park. Enter at 174 Street & Amsterdam Avenue and walk east to the tower.
This program will be repeated on August 10 & September 14, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

I wonder what happen to the money that the Dinkins Administration earmarked for the replacement of the Carrillion Bells back in the tower after it was rebuilt due to a fire.
Those Bells would sound daily at Noon and Six pm.
Just last year monies (Millions) was given to rehab the Aqueduct Bridge for pedestrian use this summer . Where is that MONEY!?
