NOBLE’S GRAND HARLEM PARADE
The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives holds its National Convention in NYC (Scheduled for HARLEM WEEK 2008) from July 25th til July 30th, with over five thousand registered attendees.
On Wed. morning, thousands of Officers from across the nation in uniforms representing all Fifty States will march through Historic Central Harlem (A site not to be missed)
Parade time is 10:00 AM at the Harriett Tubman Statute 122nd Street and Fredrick. Douglass Blvd.
