Concerning the Mayor’s silence in this instance of flatout racism as evidenced by the cops cruinsing thur Harlem with e Black dolll’s head affixed to their patrol vehicle, I suspect that if the cops had been driving thru certain segments of Brooklyn with particular antisemetic items adorning their patrol car, the mayor’s voice would have been deafening, among MANY OTHERS.
