  • Ummm. I thought Manna’s was Korean owned. (same folks who owned the now defunct Pier 2110 on 7th ave and 125th)
    Certainly there are quite a few food items that are not what I consider ‘”soul food”, namely their fried rice. Lol!

    another totally slanted article about manas. basically, if you read between the lines of the article and take away only the FACTS of the situation, you will learn that mana’s 1) has other locations that are not in danger of closing and 2) will be MOVING this location in question one block north.

    so that would mean the answer to “will harlem lose it’s soul” is NO.

    oh, and they got a cash settlement from kimko for moving….

    wow, so tragic. my heart breaks.
