While downtown attending a fabulous play yesterday, I noticed an Atomic Wings on Broadway.  It struck a chord because I remembered reading on Sharon’s Blog that Harlem will be adding a store at the end of the year. The restaurant will be located across the street from Melba’s at 113th and 8th Avenue. As an aside, check out the nabe on Harlem Hybrid.

Speaking of wings, no word yet on the progress of Doug E. Fresh’s spot.  It looks good from the outside as they have since painted the security gates.  Still wondering what the hold up is.

Also noticed that the Harlem Piers are still not open.  It looks gorgeous in spite of the chain link fence.  Hopfully they will get the safety barrier up soon so that folks can start enjoying the waterfront recreation.
