El Barrio, already known by several different monikers, has now been dubbed LEH or Lower East Harlem by real estate brokers. Brokertales.com posted a list of the 5 Best New LEH Restos of ’08. I happened to notice the preponderance of new restaurants along Lexington Avenue when I attended the grand opening of the East Harlem Cafe the other week.
