Four years ago, Rock told Rolling Stone, “In my lifetime, whoever’s president, Harlem is Harlem and Compton is Compton.” He doesn’t expect that to change no matter who is elected, he said.

“Honestly, no, not in a significant way. Right now, every place is in danger of being Harlem. Everything could be Harlem, and that’s not good. But if we change course, maybe that won’t happen.” -Source
