What’s Up with Building on 123rd and Lenox?

A reader sent an email inquiring about a new development on 123rd between Lenox and Adam Clayton Powell, Jr.

Was wondering if you’ve heard anything about this building on 123rd bet Lenox and ACP (photo from your website)? I live across the street and it is almost finished (along with its companion building on the other side of a brownstone).  We saw them hauling a bunch of Sub-Zeros in, but there is nothing on the internet and no signs at all — would love to know what’s up!

    Is there a website or anything? It seems like it is almost finished.

    I think that building is being developed by Jeffrey Bennett. He also developed the beautiful building located at 50 West 127th St. If the building is anything like 50 West it will be a success.
