I did boot camp this time last year and you would be upset if I told you for how much. At 5 am in the freezing cold, they ran the hell out of my behind until I got sick. No, this wasn't the laziness coming out of my body, it was the damn flu! I attempted to quickly recover and forced myself to return, but by then they were running more miles than I could handle. I remember halfway through one mile, I stopped, turned around and said FUCK THIS. And after this story, don't ask me if I saw results. :-P Good luck though. You will see results if you stick with it.
