Teen Dating Violence:Working Together to find Community Solutions

East 149th St. at Walton Ave. 2nd Floor

Take the #2 or 4 train to 149th Street and Grand Concourse or the Bx 19 bus across the 145th Street Bridge to 149th and Grand Concourse.

Info: A panel of educators and organizers will be leading a discussion
about issues surrounding healthy and abusive teen  relationships
including: types of abuse, gender, sexuality,  LGBTQ domestic
violence, and ways to organize and advocate. Local anti-violence
organizations will be present throughout the event to share materials
and resources. We will also have an interactive performance piece from
PREGONES Theater entitled The Phone Call – Members from the audience
directly participate in the play on stage and in related discussions.
