Cancer-stricken Jasmina Anema – the brave little girl who captured New York’s heart – emerged from a bone marrow transplant Thursday, tired but feeling reborn.

The high-stakes procedure capped a grueling five months for the Manhattan kindergartner whose battle against an especially fatal form of leukemia – highlighted in the Daily News – sparked a massive donor drive.

“I’m ecstatic and relieved,” crowed Theodora Anema, Jasmina’s mom. “It’s been so many months of waiting and it’s finally coming to an end.

“She’ll now have two birthdays – her original birthday and June 11, when her whole new life starts.”

Jasmina slept through the 2-1/2-hour procedure at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

She awoke groggy and a bit disoriented, but still managed to give her mother two thumbs up.
