Third Annual Family Day in Swindler Cove Park

    Enjoy games and giveaways, live animals, arts & crafts, and family
    portraits

    New York Restoration Project kicks off the summer with the 3rd
    Annual Family Day Registered teams can compete in recycle relays,
    scavenger hunts, fishing and nature-inspired music contests with chances to win exciting prizes including 2 round-trip JetBlue tickets.

    Kids can boogie for prizes in the “Get Light” competition or get up close and personal with live animals. Explorers of all ages are encouraged to take part in the Bio Blitz, a species inventory program, to help identify the plants and animals that call this Harlem River park their home. All
    wildlife discoveries will be submitted to the World Science Foundation
    for further research.
