    The West Harlem Community Board has been trying for the last two years to move the City of New York to look at the Marine Transfer Station as a potential “green” site for jobs (aquafarming/hydroponics/ ecology center or kiosk/restaurant) and other related businesses. Efforts are moving forward to have a broad community wide discussion this fall.
