Today’s Metro reports that the City has expanded on a federal prohibition against flavored cigarettes, including clove.
As many readers know flavored cigarettes and cigars are wildly popular in areas like Harlem where just about every bodega carries flavored Dutchs.
Menthol cigarettes, on the other hand, have not been banned.
