Coca Cola Holiday Caravan Event at the Apollo

On December 6, 2011 by D. Bell

The Apollo Theater and Coca-Cola bring the magic of the Holiday season outdoors to 125th Street.  With the glow of 25,000 twinkling lights, the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, an 18-wheeled semi-truck, is prepared to light up the holidays with a visit from Santa.   In the spirit of giving, the Apollo invites the public to participate in a toy drive to benefit one of Harlem’s most deserving charities.  Other activities include picture-taking with Santa and performances by some of New York City’s best choirs, hosted by Billy “Mr. Apollo” Mitchell.

The event will take place on Saturday, December 10 from 12-5 p.m.

  • When you see this truck on the highways it is a sight that raises your holiday spirit. The sight of this vehicle means Christmas is around the corner.
    HAPPY HOLIDAY!
