You have to love NYC for all of the great restaurants and retailers that are available throughout the 5 boroughs! With winter slowly but surely coming to a close, it’s now time to gear up for a new season. Celebrate Harlem Restaurant and Retail Week, running from February 15th through February 28th, 2013. Retailers and restaurants are celebrating everything that Harlem has to offer. Harlem Restaurant and Retail Week makes dining out even better with 3-course pre fixe menu options: lunch is $20.13 and dinner is $30.13. Also, at select retailers, items can be had for $20.13.
