Black History month is a time to reflect and celebrate the achievements of African Americans. Culinary influences in the African American culture have helped not only established chefs, but have also shaped aspiring chefs to develop into future culinary rock stars.

This month, Chef Marcus Samuelsson celebrates the legacy of African American Chefs Leah Chase, Patrick Clarke, Sylvia Woods, and Edna Lewis, by featuring a Black History Month menu honoring these greats. The special $47, 3 course pre fixe menu will be served both at Red Rooster and Ginny’s Supper Club during dinner service.

  • $47 for some chicken and potato salad? And a slice of cake? With that I can get a whole chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, sweet potatoes and a whole German Chocolate Cake and enough change for a picture of Koo;-Aide
