WHAT IS UPTOWN FLAVOR?

UPTOWN flavor™ was launched in February 2006 and has quickly become the premier online spot for experiencing the rich flavors that Harlem has to offer. Articles and reviews about restaurants and businesses that extend from 96th Street to the northernmost tip of Manhattan are posted daily.

UPTOWNflavor is powered by WordPress in the form of a weblog or a blog for short. We chose this format because UPTOWNflavor is about conversation and interaction with our readers. The blog format allows us to hear from you and it allows you to communicate with each other - almost like a virtual Town Hall meeting.

Each day we post topics that are relevant to Harlem, then you (the reader) will leave your comments about those topics. We will also occasionally post ‘Notes from the Editor’ in response to questions, hot topics or whatever strikes our fancy that day.

CAN I SEND A TIP ABOUT SOMETHING I HEARD?

Yes! Please send your tips to tips[at]uptownflavor[dot]com. When you email UPTOWN flavor™ we reserve the right to print your correspondence as content at our discretion unless you specifically tell us not to up front. We make every effort to respond to every email we receive.

CAN I SUBMIT AN EVENT?

We love receiving your event submissions! Please send them to tips[at]uptownflavor[dot]com or you can post them directly to our Google Calendar (just ask to be added). All events are subject to editorial discretion. We cannot guarantee the posting of every event that you submit due to time and staff constraints. We also appreciate love donations to our pay pal account if we have posted your events on a recurring basis.

CAN I SUBMIT CONTENT TO UPTOWNflavor?
